We've replaced the Course Request Form with a new tool to create your CourseLink classroom course sites.
By using the CourseLink Course Creation Tool, you'll be able to immediately access the sites you create, add teaching assistants and co-instructors to your course, and update your sites when new (or auditing) sections are added to your course.
Please note that if you have been provided with alternate instructions from your department, refer to those instructions; otherwise, go ahead and create your course.
