Practitioners Meeting
For individuals wishing to attend the Practitioners Meeting and not receive a meal, we kindly ask you to register (free of charge).

Refund Policy
A full refund less a $40 administration fee will be issued for withdrawals received by Friday, October 4, 2024. No refunds will be issued after this date; however, you may transfer the registration to another individual.
