What currency are the registration fees?
All fees are in Canadian funds; acceptable methods of payment include credit card, cheque or money order.
What happens once I have registered?
Once your registration has been processed and payment received, an email confirmation will be sent to you. The email confirmation will include additional details about the symposium, schedule, etc. 
What is the registration deadline for the symposium?
You may register right up until the day the conference begins: Wednesday, February 22, 2023.
What is included in my registration fee?
The regisration fee provides you with full access to the scheduled in-person sessions on February 22 and 23, 2023.
Will I receive a receipt?

Yes, a receipt will be available when you register.

You may email our main office or phone us at 519-767-5000 to request a copy.

What does "Student Rate" mean?

Student rates are available for full-time university and community college students. A student identification number is required when registering.

Where do I find parking?

Parking has been secured in P13 at the University of Guelph, a short walk from Rozanski Hall. Visit our Campus Map page for a more detailed view of the University of Guelph campus.

OpenEd and the Guelph Turfgrass Institute will not be held responsible and or reimburse individuals for any costs/infractions associated with parking in lots other than P13.
