If you have attended an event or course in the past and are having difficulty signing into your account to register for the Ontario Turfgrass Symposium, please contact CourseLink Support as you may need to have your account unlocked. Please note that this is a manual process and you will not receive an email immediately.
Discounts & Fees
Turf Professional Discount
As a member in good standing of an Ontario turf association, or an employee registering at the same time, you qualify for a Turf Professional Discount if you belong to one of the following groups or associations:
- Nursery Sod Growers Association
- Ontario Recreation Facilities Association Inc.
- Professional Lawn Care Association of Ontario
- Sports Turf Canada
- Golf Association
- University of Guelph Alumni
To take advantage of the member discount, select OTS 2023 - Member on the registration form.
Registering for more than one person?
When registering for more than one person, select the I am registering one or more participants option.

Registration fees include HST. Parking is extra at $15 per day and will be charged at checkout.

Refund Policy
A full refund less a 10% administration fee will be issued for withdrawals received by Friday, January 20, 2023. Refunds will not be issued after this date, but you may transfer the registration to another individual.
