The use of multimedia classroom equipment for purposes other than teaching is chargeable. For fee information, please visit our Charging Policies page.

Steps for Multimedia Classroom Access

1. Contact the Office of Registrarial Services at 519-824-4120 ext. 53015 to reserve a classroom.
2. Contact Classroom Technical Support at 519-824-4120 ext. 52778 to get your password, arrange payment and schedule your orientation.

Methods of Payment

We accept the following methods of payment:

• credit card--Visa® or MasterCard®
• cash or debit
• cheque
• GL Code (departmental authorization required)

Please note that a security deposit is required for credit card, cash, debit and cheque payment options.
