Order Your Parchment
Congratulations on meeting the requirements to complete your certificate or diploma through an OpenEd program!
In order to receive your parchment, please visit the OpenEd Student Portal. Note that the instructions are specific to the type of program (i.e., distance education/Open Learning program vs. continuing education).
The steps for ordering your parchment through the portal are outlined in the appropriate sections below.
Distance Education and Open Learning Program
When you have completed all the requirements for a certificate or diploma (undergraduate degree-credit courses), you can request your parchment through the OpenEd Student Portal.
- Login selecting the I already have an account option using your username and password.
- Go to My Applications and navigate to the View more available applications button.
- Select the Open Learning Certificate/Diploma Application from the available list, complete the requested information and submit.
There is a $40 certificate fee required.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, staff are working remotely. Your certificate/diploma will be mailed to the provided address unless courier is requested (additional fee).
Continuing Education
When you have completed all the requirements for a certificate or diploma (continuing education courses), you can request your parchment through the OpenEd Student Portal.
- Login selecting the I already have an account option using your username and password.
- Go to My Applications and navigate to the View more available applications button.
- Select the Continuing Education Certificate/Diploma Application from the available list, complete the requested information and submit.
